Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to serve as the overnight clinical authority, ensuring resident safety and supervising care teams.

You will monitor resident health, respond to changes, and coordinate with physicians, pharmacy, and families. The role requires an active RN or LPN license, with at least 1 year of senior care or clinical experience, and strong assessment and documentation skills for overnight leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license required.
• Graduate from an approved nursing program.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills essential.
• Shift leadership and independent clinical judgment during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Oversee medication administration, narcotic counts, and transcription of physician orders.
• Manage shift staffing, attendance, and care assignments.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.
