Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an overnight Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician. You will prepare and compound custom non-sterile prescriptions, ensure quality, calibrate equipment, and maintain a compliant cleanroom environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, PTCB/NHA certification and active State Board license, plus ability to pass a background check and wear PPE in a hazardous/non-hazardous setting. 3rd shift with pay $22–$24/hr plus $2/hr differential.

Qualifications

• Background: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Safety Compliance: Willingness to wear PPE for all compounding work.

Responsibilities

• Medications: Accurately compound non-sterile medications per formulas and prescriptions.
• Equipment: Calibrate and document use of precision equipment and scales.
• Quality: Follow strict quality control protocols and get final pharmacist verification.
• Inventory: Manage chemical and raw material inventory for potency and freshness.
• Safety: Maintain cleanroom and participate in audits for regulatory compliance.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with lab and pharmacy teams to meet schedules.
