Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and complete the nightly audit. You will handle guest check-ins/check-outs, prepare VIP reports, and produce daily shift communications.

Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively in a fast-paced setting, and possess basic computer skills; familiarity with Opera Colleague Advantage and Excel is preferred.

The Night Auditor is responsible for managing front desk activities overnight at the hotel and completing the night audit

Other duties could include but are not limited to:

Qualifications

• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment is required
• Basic computer skills required
• Opera Colleague Advantage and Excel knowledge preferred
