Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and complete the nightly audit. You will handle guest check-ins/check-outs, prepare VIP reports, and produce daily shift communications.

Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively in a fast-paced setting, and possess basic computer skills; familiarity with Opera Colleague Advantage and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Night Audit – run nightly reports and reset the system.
• Manage Front Desk activity and handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Prepare guest welcome packets and VIP reports.
• Prepare daily internal communications.
