Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple nearby stores. You will lead teams, delegate tasks, and maintain consistent customer service standards while rotating between locations.

Role offers a fast-paced environment, travel between stores, and opportunities for rapid growth. Expect a dynamic schedule with every other weekend off and potential 4-day work weeks."

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and perform physical activities, including bending, standing, and lifting up to 20 pounds; may lift up to 40 pounds with assistance.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (Virginia: Supervisors 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating to achieve shared goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
