Sheetz is hiring a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple stores in the district. You will delegate tasks, mentor Team Members, and partner with the General Manager to drive performance, guest satisfaction, and consistent service.

The role offers a 4-day work week, competitive pay, PTO, parental leave, a 401(k) match, stock ownership, and full medical, vision, and dental coverage, plus travel to nearby stores.

Qualificações

• Able to multitask and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical requirements include bending, standing, lifting up to 20 lb; occasional 40 lb with assistance.
• Must be 18+; VA note: some tasks require 21+ for specific tasks.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily; mileage reimbursed beyond 30 miles.

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, developing skills and providing feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
