Qualifikationen

• Applicant must be at least 18 years old (note: some tasks may require 21+).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, developing their skills and providing feedback to GM.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
