Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple districts. You will delegate tasks, mentor team members, and partner with the General Manager to sustain high service and store standards.

The role emphasizes travel between stores, a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and a chance to grow quickly as new stores open. Expect a mix of leadership and hands-on responsibilities with a weekend-off structure.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing and lifting up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires 21+ for some tasks.
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
