Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Morgue Security Patrol in Thornton, CO. You will serve and safeguard clients across healthcare settings, conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

This full-time, unarmed role offers a pay rate of $21.63 per hour with a night-shift schedule (Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM).

Qualifications

• Must have hospital vaccination, background check, and drug screen as part of employment
• At least 6 months of security experience required
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue and restrain individuals in a hospital setting
• Customer service experience preferred
• Age 18+ (21+ for armed roles)
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws
• Driver's license required for driving positions only
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories per law
• Comfortable restraining adults, elderly and sometimes children

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures in a healthcare location
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and following established protocols
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and escorts as assigned
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site leadership and staff
