Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Ability to work in a hospital morgue.
• Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• License requirements may apply; driver’s license only for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following hospital policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entry points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and escorts to patients and visitors.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with site leadership and management.
