Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Mobile Crisis Response Team Clinician to provide immediate mental health support and crisis intervention within the San Diego program. You will assess needs, triage calls, and coordinate referrals for individuals in crisis.

Responsibilities include coordinating with community agencies, maintaining professional engagement with clients, and ensuring timely responses across shifts. Requires a Master's degree and licensure trajectory in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field; working towards licensure and registered with the Board of Behavioral Science (ASW/AMFT/APCC).
• Two years of crisis response experience with mentally ill individuals.
• Must be 18+ years old and CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on/within 60 days of employment.
• Background checks, tuberculosis screening, criminal clearances, and licensing verification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support services and coordinate crisis response for program members and families.
• Coordinate with community agencies and outside offices to ensure timely, appropriate interventions.
• Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) activities include screening, triage, and referrals with professional attention.
