Job summary

Telecare San Diego is seeking a MCRT Licensed Team Lead (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) for full-time, on-site work. Under the Clinical Director, you will supervise a multidisciplinary team, coordinate crisis response, and ensure timely assessments and interventions.

You will perform telephone screening, triage, and referrals, with on-call rotations scheduled in advance. Requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field and current licensure; two years crisis response experience and supervisory training are

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Current licensure as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or equivalent.
• Two years post-master crisis response experience with mentally ill individuals.
• Supervisory experience or training within six months of employment.
• CPR, CPI and First Aid certifications required by start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate service needs.
• Provide telephone screening, triage and referrals with timely response.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond per protocols.
• Ensure accurate assessments and appropriate interventions for consumers.
