Job summary

Telecare San Diego's Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) seeks an entry-level licensed manager to supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate services, and provide crisis triage and referrals under the Clinical Director. The role includes on-call rotations and ensuring timely responses and appropriate interventions for callers in crisis.

Under supervision, you will supervise team members, participate in supervision and training, and maintain compliance with safety and clinical protocols while

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Two years post-master experience providing crisis response with mentally ill individuals.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.
• Certified to perform W & I 5150 Holds in the field.
• One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months of employment.
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone screening, triage and referral services with timely response.
• Coordinate service needs and supervise multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with other services and agencies to ensure appropriate interventions.
• Participate in structured on-call rotation and respond within designated timeframes.
