Heritage Behavioral Health Center is seeking a part-time Crisis Clinician for its Mobile Crisis Response Team. You will respond in person to mental health and substance use crises, often with a partner, in Macon, DeWitt, and Piatt Counties.

Formación

• MHP qualification under Illinois Rule 140 (e.g., degree in human services, social work, psychology, education, or related field, or 5 years of clinical behavioral health experience)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Macon, DeWitt, and Piatt Counties during overnight hours

Responsabilidades

• Provide crisis intervention in person for children, adolescents, and adults
• Coordinate with your Recovery Support Specialist partner
• Complete clinical assessments including the I-CAT, substance use screening, and suicide/safety evaluations
• Provide de-escalation, safety planning, and determine the least restrictive level of care
• Coordinate with hospitals, emergency services, law enforcement, and community providers to support stabilization and linkage to care
• Consult with ED physicians and on-call prescribers about referrals and outcomes
• Assist with involuntary admission processes for adults when needed
• Complete clinical documentation and hand off to Care Coordination for follow-up
• Participate in team debriefs and ongoing training
