Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations overnight, focusing on non-selling tasks to enable legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

The role emphasizes replenishment, inventory integrity, price changes, and visual merchandising across all departments, with duties including planogram execution and OMNI fulfillment during peak times. This is a part-time overnight position at our Branson campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of experience required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduces general replenishment for all areas (Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts).
• Supports inventory management with on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks, etc.
• Performs temporary and permanent price change execution including tagging, signage and inventory adjustment review.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Supports visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement, updating signage, end caps, merchandising directives, floor moves and mannequin dressing, ads prep and resets.
• Supports planogram execution and maintenance through all hardlines departments.
• Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• All other duties as assigned.
