Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support non-selling tasks during overnight hours, freeing sales teams for legendary customer service. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of retail experience, with the ability to work overnight shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct replenishment for all departments and ensure stock readiness.
• Support inventory counts and display integrity with the Inventory Control team.
• Execute price changes, tagging, and signage accurately.
• Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, and facing.
• Assist with visual merchandising, end caps, and signage updates.
• Support planogram maintenance and omni fulfillment during peak periods.
