Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations during overnight hours. The role focuses on completing non-selling tasks efficiently to free up Sales Outfitters for legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

Responsibilities include replenishment, inventory coordination with the Control team, price-change execution, and merchandising support across multiple departments. Work involves lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail experience.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear and Gifts.
• Assist Inventory Control with on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity tasks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes including tagging and signage.
• Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting and facing.
• Support visual merchandising including fixture replacement, signage updates, end caps and floor moves.
• Assist planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
