Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations during overnight hours and focus on non-selling tasks, enabling selling opportunities and legendary customer service.

The role includes replenishment across multiple departments, assisting inventory counts, and executing price changes with proper signage. Regular overnight shifts and physical tasks are required as part of a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail or visual merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in replenishment across departments (Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Gifts).
• Support inventory counts and planogram maintenance with the Inventory Control team.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes including tagging and signage.
• Perform recovery tasks: folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Support visual merchandising: fixtures, signage, end caps, floor moves, and mannequin dressing.
• Assist omni channel fulfillment during peak periods.
• All other duties as assigned.
