Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations during overnight hours, focusing on non-selling tasks to maximize selling opportunities and legendary customer service. The role emphasizes replenishment, inventory accuracy, price changes, and merchandising across departments.

The position requires 2 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work overnight.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of experience required.
• Ability to operate System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review planograms and follow visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate price changes and replenishment with retail staff.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for multiple departments.
• Supports inventory management with counts, scans, and displays.
• Executes temporary and permanent price changes including tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting, facing).
• Assists visual merchandising (fixtures, signage, end caps, floor moves, mannequins).
• Supports planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines.
• Assists OMNI fulfillment during peak periods.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
