Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to lead overnight merchandising, ensuring displays are set, signage correct, and stock is available for the morning shift. You will support club operations and deliver a strong member experience.

This role serves as Manager on Duty as needed, coaching overnight team members, coordinating forklift operators, and upholding GOLD standards. Open shift availability and forklift certification are required; a high school diploma or college

Qualifications

Basic computer knowledge is required.
Forklift operator certification is required or must be obtained.
Open shift availability is required.
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or college degree preferred, with relevant wholesale/retail/management exposure.

Responsibilities

Lead overnight merchandising execution with purpose: collaborate with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandising to drive performance and set clear expectations.
Coordinate staffing, training, and task execution for forklift operators and merchandising teams.
Maintain merchandise presentation and availability across the sales floor by the start of business.
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) for the club as needed, ensuring smooth operations and member engagement.
