Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a dedicated Assistant Night Manager to ensure merchandise is stocked and presented properly, while delivering a premium member experience. This role also acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) during shifts, overseeing club operations and team leadership.

Responsibilities include leading overnight tasks, coaching team members, and maintaining GOLD standards, with forklift certification training provided by BJ’s. Excellent attention to detail and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge required: MS Word, MS Excel, Email.
• High school diploma or college degree required/preferred.
• Forklift operator certification and training preferred; open shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight merchandising execution with purpose and clear expectations.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and task execution for forklift operators and merchandising teams.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and availability across the club; ensure proper signage and quantities.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, taking responsibility for club operations and member engagement.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and equipment readiness; enforce safety protocols.
