Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to lead overnight merchandising, ensuring stock is available and displays are up to standard. You will also act as Manager on Duty as needed, guiding the overnight team to achieve GOLD standards and a premier member experience.

The role requires forklift certification, open shift availability, and strong teamwork in a wholesale retail environment. Training and certification costs may be provided by BJ’s.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• Previous retail/wholesale or management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight merchandising execution with purpose and clear expectations.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and task execution for forklift operators and merchandising teams.
• Oversee overnight operations including display setup, pallet movement, and floor resets.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and availability with proper signage and quantities.
• Follow corporate merchandising plans and drive improvements based on store conditions.
