Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to drive overnight merchandising and ensure products are stocked and ready for the next business day. You will mentor the overnight team, lead by example on GOLD standards, and maintain club appearance and inventory accuracy.

The role requires forklift operation, strict adherence to safety and sanitation rules, and open-shift flexibility. You’ll report to Merchandise leadership and contribute to cost discipline and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with MS Word/Excel and email.
• Open shift availability and reliability required.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety and training standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight merchandising execution with purpose and clear expectations.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and task execution for forklift operators and teams.
• Ensure merchandise presentation is accurate and inventory is ready before opening.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and club policies during overnight operations.
• Respond to member needs and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
