Job summary

Sam's Club in Eagan, MN is seeking a store associate to deliver member service, assist with supervision of teammates, and maintain a well-organized sales floor. You will stock merchandise, assist with pickup orders, and ensure safety and policy compliance throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team and supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding self-service technology.
• Assist management with supervising associates and training.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and maintain the sales floor.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead teams to meet business priorities and ensure timeliness and quality of work.
• Oversee club pickup orders and maintain product displays and signage.
