Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs and guiding them regarding self-service technology.
• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, and evaluating performance.
• Receives and stocks supplies, organizes the sales floor, and completes required documentation.
• Maintains facility safety by conducting safety checks and following hazardous materials procedures.
• Maintains merchandising and product presentation, signs, pricing, and displays.
• Monitors product quality, rotations, recalls, and sanitation standards.
• Leads and participates in teams, coordinates work, and supports change and training.
• Oversees picking and staging of club pickup orders.
• Develops processes by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers to address improvements.
• Promotes compliance with ethics, integrity, and Open Door Policy.
