Job summary

Sam's Club in Aurora, CO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help members with service needs, guide self-service tech, assist with purchases, locate merchandise, and resolve issues while promoting store products and services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, and assisting with purchases and merchandise decisions.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain the sales floor; handle pricing, returns, and damaged goods per policy.
• Supervise and support associates in assigned area, coordinate duties, train staff, and promote a positive service approach.
• Develop processes to meet business needs and ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy.
