Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding and supporting members with self-service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Assist management with supervision of associates; assign duties, train on processes, and coach on member service approaches.
• Receive and stock supplies; organize sales floor; complete paperwork and maintain records per company policy.
• Ensure safety of facility by conducting safety checks, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
