Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Leading a team, Supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guide and support with self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve issues; promote Walmart products and services.
• Assist management with supervising associates: assign duties, communicate goals, train on processes, ensure compliance with policies, support Open Door Policy, participate in recruiting, scheduling, and coaching.
• Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organize the sales floor and complete required paperwork and listings.
• Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and product displays; process claims and returns; stock, zone, price, and organize departments.
• Monitor product quality, rotations, recalls, and sanitation; oversee merchandising across departments.
• Lead and participate in teams; coordinate work assignments; provide guidance to meet timelines and quality.
• Oversee club pick up orders; ensure correct selection and staging.
• Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs; collaborate with managers and partners; drive improvements.
• Demonstrate and promote ethics and integrity; support Open Door Policy; ensure compliance in processes.
