Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a full-time Sam’s Club associate in Ypsilanti to deliver excellent member service, assist with supervision of teammates, and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to supervise and coach other associates when needed.
Familiarity with store policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide member service by identifying member needs and guiding self-service tech usage.
Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, and evaluating performance.
Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; maintain sales floor presentation.
Ensure safety and sanitation of facilities; report hazards and incidents.
Handle claims, returns, pricing, and shelf organization to reduce shrink.
Lead teams and collaborate with managers and partners to meet business goals.
