Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; offering guidance on self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Locates and stocks merchandise, assists with floor sales, and resolves member issues following company guidelines.
• Supervises associates in assigned area, communicates goals, trains staff, and supports recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness, conducts safety checks, handles hazardous materials, and ensures compliance with policies.
• Grows sales by merchandising, pricing, signing, and organizing displays while minimizing shrink and damaged goods.
