Job summary

Supreme Fitness Group is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet members, answer questions, sign up new members, and support day-to-day club operations in Garden Grove/Stanton, CA. The role includes overnight shifts, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, safe fitness environment.

Ideal candidates will have a customer service background, a passion for health and fitness, and dependable, punctual work habits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with excellent service.
• Address questions/concerns promptly and escalate to management as needed.
• Handle front-desk activities: check-ins, new member sign-ups, and tours.
• Assist with daily cash handling and banking preparation.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety of equipment and areas.
• Close out shift and ensure proper end-of-day procedures.

Position Type: Full‑Time/Part‑Time

Salary Range: $16.90 – $16.90 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Handle all front‑desk related activities, including:
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • Check members into the system.
  • New member sign‑up.
  • Take prospective members on tours.
  • Facilitate needed updates to members’ accounts.
  • Close shift for the business day.
  • Create a bank deposit for the next day.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities.
• Ensuring restrooms are clean and sanitized, stocked and clutter free following the routine cleaning schedule.
• Perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas; quickly fix any safety/policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.
• Assist in closing that day's shift for that business day.

• High School diploma / GED equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Will encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
• Moving self in different positions, including bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and twisting, to accomplish tasks.
