Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a part-time Member Services Rep for the weekday overnight shift (10PM-7AM) at our Dallas club. Location is on-site with a focus on delivering exceptional member service, managing shifts, and maintaining club standards.

The role requires standing, strong communication, and adherence to safety protocols. Ideal candidates will hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and possess CPR/AED certification before working alone.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Great communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Must be team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized.
• Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively.
• Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer.
• Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Submit a Sub Availability Form upon hire and complete a new form at least seven days in advance if availability changes.
• Maintain communication with club management and reply within 24 hours to accept or deny a work shift.
• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.
• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Stay proficient in Planet Fitness mobile app use, content, and updates.
• Ensure training is completed to operate safely and efficiently.
• Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Ensure members adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members.
• Communicate with members and create a high level of member service.
• Assist GM and AM with membership promotions and training.
