Position: Overnight Closer (Customer Service Representative)

The Overnight Closer will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Additionally, the role includes closing the shift for that business day and preparing an accurate bank deposit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members in, signing up new members, and taking prospective members on tours.
3. Facilitate updates to members' accounts and respond to questions or concerns professionally, escalating as needed.
4. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club.
5. Close the shift for the business day and prepare the next day's bank deposit.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Talking in person or on the phone.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Handling cleaning chemicals as needed.
