Crunch Fitness in Mississippi seeks an Overnight Customer Service Representative to deliver top-notch service to members, guests, and prospective members. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role focuses on check-ins, inquiries, and account updates while maintaining club upkeep and POS transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred (1 year).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer literacy and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members’ accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
