CountryHouse Elkhorn invites you to join as a Full-Time Overnight Medication Aide, helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for through the night.

Certified 40-hour Medication Aide required; you’ll document doses, monitor for changes, and contribute to an EPIC culture guided by compassion, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (Nebraska requirements).
• Compassionate approach to supporting older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication across care teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records on time.
• Monitor residents for changes, side effects, or concerns and report promptly.
• Provide compassionate care while protecting dignity and independence.
• Offer overnight support to maintain a calm, safe environment.

What You’ll Do

• Administer Medications - Safely provide medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.

• Maintain Accurate Records - Document medication administration completely and on time.

• Monitor Residents - Watch for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.

• Provide Compassionate Care - Assist with daily living needs while protecting each resident’s dignity and independence.

• Offer Overnight Support - Help maintain a calm, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the night.
