Morningside Elite Management is hiring a Med Tech CMT for a full-time overnight shift (10 PM–6 AM) at Morningside House of Ellicott City, MD. Administer medications under physician orders and nurse supervision, while maintaining resident wellbeing and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a Certified Medication Technician certification, with duties including medication records, vital signs as needed, and collaboration with medical staff. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Medication Technician certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document and record medications administered and maintain accurate resident charts.
• Take and record vital signs as required by medications or condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Medication Room and ensure infection control.
• Communicate with medical staff and nursing service about resident condition and changes.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Observe for adverse reactions and report to licensed staff promptly.
