Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Certified Medication Aide certification required.
• Experience handling medications and documenting in resident records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered under nurse supervision.
• Records all medications given in the resident chart.
• May take and record vital signs as required.
• Maintains and secures the Medication Room.
• Communicates with medical staff and observes residents for any changes.
