Beloved Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Medication Tech (CMT) to join our dedicated clinical team. This permanent, full-time role involves passing medications as prescribed under the supervision of a licensed nurse and delivering direct resident care.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and a friendly, professional demeanor to build trust with residents and families. 12-hour shifts and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Missouri CMT license required (CMA not accepted).
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide direct care to residents under nurse supervision.
• Observe and report changes in condition, appetite, or behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
• Build rapport with residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
