Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications under physician orders and licensed supervision.
• Records administration of medications and treatments accurately.
• Possibly takes and records residents' vital signs.
• Communicates with medical staff and nursing service; reports changes.
• Maintains medication room and supplies; adherence to infection control.
