Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Overnight Manager to lead the collection during the overnight hours at Key West Historic Inns Collection. The role centers on maintaining high standards of hospitality while ensuring smooth overnight operations and safety.

As Manager on Duty, you will oversee Front Office and Night Audit, respond to guest needs, and ensure nightly procedures are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, guest service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the overnight operation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous Front Office or Night Audit experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable learning and working with hotel systems and technology.
• Dependable, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office and Night Audit operations during overnight hours.
• Respond to guest needs and escalations.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and address safety concerns.
• Ensure nightly procedures are completed accurately.
• Communicate important updates to the morning leadership team.
• Help set inns up for a successful start to each new day.
