A Front Office Manager is responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As Overnight Front Office Manager, you will oversee all aspects of front office operations to ensure excellent guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing guest service, registration, room inventory, and availability;
  • Monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, scheduling, counseling, and evaluations;
  • Assessing service and satisfaction trends, addressing issues, and implementing improvements;
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards;
  • Greeting guests, responding to inquiries and issues promptly and courteously;
  • Implementing up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize revenue;
  • Maintaining team knowledge of hotel offerings, policies, and local area;
  • Completing audit procedures as needed;
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
