An established industry player in hospitality is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves collaborating closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Front Desk, overseeing staff training, scheduling, and maintaining effective inter-department communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to handle guest and associate issues professionally. Under limited supervision, the Assistant Front Office Manager works closely with the Front Office Manager to oversee the Front Desk staff, ensuring maximum Front Office operating efficiency. Must be able to manage and problem-solve associate and guest issues while remaining professional at all times. The AFOM is responsible for all duties of the front desk operation which includes:
The AFOM usually works a regularly scheduled front desk shift and must be available to work any shift as needed. The AFOM should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. This position requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and overnight to be covered.
Compensation: $56,650 - $58,000 yearly
