Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Cary plant on an overnight 12-hour schedule (6 pm–6 am) on a 2-2-3 cycle with every other weekend off. You will perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical equipment, including industrial ovens, to keep the plant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, including industrial ovens.
• Set up equipment and perform changeovers for production; respond to breakdowns promptly.
• Follow safety, health, and quality procedures to protect personnel and production.
• Provide excellent service by collaborating with plant personnel to solve problems with urgency.
