Job summary

Kerry Group in Crossville, TN is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to maintain plant equipment and facility systems during off-shift hours. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and document activities to support safety and production goals.

You will use SAP/CMMS to manage work orders, coordinate with day shift, and uphold strict safety, GMP, and food safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Two or more years in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS/SAP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and scheduled PM tasks.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Create and complete work orders in SAP and document labor hours and parts usage.
• Support production during night shift and ensure safety and food safety compliance.
• Communicate issues and shift handoff information to management.
