The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and cross-trade work across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and pool/spa systems. Evening hours and a strong customer-service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years maintenance/engineering experience; 2+ years customer service.
Willing to work a varying shift schedule 7PM–7AM.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot equipment using proper tools in a skilled craftsman-like manner.
Perform assignments as directed by the Director of Engineer.
Assume duties of other mechanics when required (carpentry, plumbing, grounds, electrical, paint, pool/spa maintenance).
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Repair malfunctioning mechanical devices.
Handle electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boiler and related repairs.
Participate in servicing ducts and grease traps.
Rekey locks and maintain the key system.
Train maintenance staff on equipment and procedures.
Step in for Engineering Manager or Director when unavailable.
