Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven maintenance experience in hospitality or similar.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedule including weekends/evenings.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Equipment maintenance: inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Guest service: respond to guest requests courteously.
• Safety compliance and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Record-keeping: logs and inventory.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors for repairs.
