Job summary

TAS Energy is a Houston-headquartered company seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and manage a team, ensuring safety and reliability of TAS equipment and vehicles in our Houston facility.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, CMMS-driven work orders, scheduling, performance monitoring, and coordination with management to keep production assets ready. An associate/bachelor’s degree and five years of related manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Prior Supervisory Skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create work schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Create work orders using CMMS.
• Evaluate work performance and enforce company policies
• Monitor employees and contractors to ensure safety and company policies are followed.
• Communicate maintenance-related activities and equipment statuses to the manager teams.
• Perform periodic reports, keep records, and evaluate employee performance.
• Monitor and schedule outside service
• Other responsibilities as assigned by TAS Management Team.
