Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade training preferred.
• 2+ years in commercial plant operations, hotel setting preferred.
• Able to read construction drawings, blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; interact professionally with staff and guests.
• Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain knowledge of Inn features, hours, room types and operations.
• Receive daily work orders and prioritize tasks with leadership.
• Maintain par stock levels of fixtures and tools; communicate needs.
• Ensure guest areas and public spaces are well maintained and safe.
• Handle chemicals safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with special projects and room preventive maintenance.
• Support department leadership and the company as needed.
• Maintain positive guest relations and respond promptly to needs.
