Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality front office, concierge or housekeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest experiences from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Escort guests, handle luggage, and provide room orientation.
• Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, and other touchpoints for seamless service.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and manage the guest journey with intuition.
