Job summary

The Colony Palm Beach is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and manage reservations at our luxury Palm Beach property. You will provide information about rooms, amenities, and services, and coordinate VIP arrivals with courtesy and efficiency.

Roles require handling guest requests, upselling when appropriate, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Minimum one year of guest service experience in luxury hospitality.
• Thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, assist, and provide directions and information.
• Register guests, manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates and the property and amenities.
• Coordinate guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently.
• Escort VIPs to assigned guest rooms, informing guests of services, features and room amenities.
• Attend to immediate needs of guests upon arrival and follow through throughout stay.
• Upsell room types and services when appropriate.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
• Answer department telephone within 3 rings, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette.
